Made to order
Pizza Dynamics produces custom parts from your CAD, drawings, or agreed specifications. Each batch is made to order for your business — we do not hold generic stock for resale.
Australian Consumer Law
If you are acquiring parts for business use, many consumer guarantee rights may not apply in the same way as for personal household goods. Where the Australian Consumer Law does apply, your statutory rights are not limited by this policy.
When consumer guarantees apply, you are entitled to a remedy if goods are faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described. That can include repair, replacement, or refund depending on the failure and what is reasonable for custom manufacturing.
Change of mind
Because parts are manufactured to your supplied design or agreed specification, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, design changes after approval, or ordering errors on your side (for example wrong quantity or material chosen after the batch is confirmed).
Faulty or not-as-described parts
If parts do not match the agreed specification, are defective in materials or workmanship, or arrive damaged, contact us promptly. We will work with you on the most practical remedy: reprint, repair where feasible, or refund for the affected units where appropriate.
How to raise an issue
Email cooking@pizzadynamics.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order or enquiry reference and company name
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the parts and any relevant packaging
- Quantities affected
We may ask for the parts to be returned or inspected before confirming a remedy. Return shipping for confirmed faults is arranged case by case.
Quotes and production approval
Material, tolerance, and quantity are confirmed in your quote or written approval before production. Please review proofs, samples, or specification summaries carefully — that approval is the basis for determining whether parts match what was ordered.
